Both septum and adhesions are treated hysteroscopically — no incisions, with significant improvement in pregnancy chances.
A congenital anomaly in which the uterine cavity is partially or completely divided into two compartments. The septum may cause miscarriages or other pregnancy complications such as preterm birth. When removal is indicated, it can be performed hysteroscopically.

Adhesions in the uterine cavity can develop as a result of a previous procedure or infection. They cause reduction or complete cessation of menstrual flow (Asherman syndrome), leading to infertility and pain. Adhesiolysis is performed hysteroscopically.

Hysteroscopic treatment under direct vision, without surgical incisions.
